摘 要:开展老旧房屋安全监测,对于尽早发现安全隐患,及时采取有效措施处置险情,确保人民群众生命财产安全,具有十分重要的意义。从老旧房屋安全现状和行业治理难点、痛点出发,分析了现有单一人工监测的不足,提出了将人工巡检和自动化监测结合起来的综合监测方法,并开发了老旧房屋安全监测云平台。结果表明,该方法能够提高老旧房屋安全监测的效率,通过安全监测云平台以及智能巡检丰富了老旧房屋安全监测的手段,使其更加科学化、规范化,同时还有利于老旧房屋安全监测的网格化管理,能够为未来进一步加强老旧房屋安全标准化管理提供参考。Carrying out safety monitoring of old houses is of great significance for early detection of safety hazards,timely taking effec‐tive measures to deal with dangerous situations,and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.Starting from the safety situation of old houses and the difficulties and pain points of industry management,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing single manual monitoring,puts forward a comprehensive monitoring method combining manual inspection and automatic monitoring,and develops a cloud platform for the safety monitoring of old houses.The results show that this method can improve the efficiency of safety monitoring of old houses,enrich the means of safety monitoring of old houses through safety monitoring cloud platform and intelligent inspection,making it more scientific and standardized,and also facilitate the grid management of safety monitoring of old houses,which can provide a reference for further strengthening the safety standardization management of old houses in the future.
