从国际承包工程谈福费廷及运用

摘　　要：工程承包企业作为承包商参与国际工程建设,业主往往会要求承包商垫资进行项目建设,在项目完工后通过项目融资与电费收入对承包商进行支付。因此,承包工程的范围不仅限于交钥匙工程建设,还扩展到提供融资服务等方面。福费廷作为一项集贸易支付手段和灵活简便的融资方式为一体的新型业务方式,为国际工程融资提供了便利,有效的解决了工程承包出口企业的融资需求。结合福费廷融资业务实践,对福费廷融资及其运用进行分析并对此提出建议。The scope of contracted projects for the contractor is not limited to the construction of turnkey projects,but also extends to the provision of financing services.Forfaiting,as a new business mode integrating trade payment means and flexible financing methods,provides convenience for international project financing and effectively solves the financing needs of export enterprises.Combined with the practice of forfaiting financing,this paper analyzes forfaiting financing and its application and puts forward some suggestions.
