摘　　要：RCEP的签署从促进市场准入和贸易便利化、促进区域内产业链重构和促成更为统一完善的规则体制等层面为浙江省跨境电商发展带来机遇和竞争。加强RCEP规则培训、改造供应链、搭建全球贸易平台,有助于浙江省加快“抢滩”海外跨境电商市场,推进“产业集群+跨境电商”,促进跨境电商高质量发展。The signing of RCEP brings opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Zhejiang Province,including promoting market access and trade facilitation,restructuring the regional industrial chain,and establishing a more unified and perfect rule system.However,it also brings new risks to foreign trade regulatory governance,fierce international market competition,and complex multilateral trade rules.Strengthening RCEP rule training,transforming the supply chain,and building a global trade platform will help Zhejiang Province accelerate its efforts to seize the overseas cross-border e-commerce market,promote the development of"industrial clusters+cross-border e-commerce",and thus promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
