摘　　要：RCEP作为当今世界涵盖人口最多、成员构成最多元、发展最具活力的自由贸易区,为河北省的对外贸易发展提供了广阔的空间和前所未有的机遇。在分析河北省在RCEP协定下的对外贸易现状、呈现的特点和面临的形势,提出河北省与RCEP成员国优化对外贸易结构,提升出口产品质量和附加值,加强创新能力建设推动外贸企业向技术密集型和高附加值领域转型,利用RCEP协定拓展多元化贸易渠道积极开拓国际市场,深化与RCEP成员国的产业合作推动区域经济一体化进程等对外贸易高质量对策建议。As the free trade area with the largest population,the most diverse membership,and the most dynamic development in the world today,RCEP provides vast space and unprecedented opportunities for Hebei's foreign trade development.Based on the analysis of Hebei's current situation,characteristics,and situation of foreign trade under the RCEP agreement,this article proposes some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of foreign trade in Hebei,including optimizing the foreign trade structure and improving the quality and added value of export products with RCEP member countries;strengthening the construction of innovation capacity to promote the transformation of foreign trade enterprises to technology-intensive and high value-added fields;utilizing the RCEP agreement to expand diversified trade channels and actively explore international markets;deepening industrial cooperation with RCEP member countries to promote the process of regional economic integration.
