摘  要:综述了近年来国内外关于微纳米机器人在血栓治疗领域的研究进展。首先介绍了微纳米机器人在血栓治疗中的驱动方式,从磁驱动、光驱动、化学驱动、生物驱动四个方面概述了微纳米机器人在递送时的优异性能,并分析了每种方式存在的局限性。重点探讨了微纳米机器人在血栓治疗中的应用研究,归纳了微纳米机器人近年来在药物载体、机械力破坏血栓、流体动力促进药物扩散、非药物治疗方式领域里的研究进展,探究了其治疗机理和应用前景。最后对微纳米机器人在血栓治疗领域的优势进行总结,并分析了目前存在的局限性,并以此展望了未来的研究方向,微纳米机器人技术的发展为血栓治疗提供了新的思路,有望成为一种更高效、安全的治疗方式。The recent research progress of micro-and nano-robots in the field of thrombus therapy at home and abroad are reviewed.Firstly,the driving modes of micro-and nano-robots in the field of thrombus therapy are introduced.The excellent performance of micro-and nanorobots in delivery is summarized from four aspects:magnetic drive,optical drive,chemical drive and biological drive,and the limitations of each mode are analyzed.The application research of micro-and nano-robots in thrombus therapy is focused,the research progress of micro-and nanorobots in the fields of drug carrier,mechanical thrombus disruption,fluid dynamics for drug diffusion enhancement and non-pharmacological treatment methods in recent years is summarized,and the therapeutic mechanism and application prospects are explored.Finally,the advantages of micro-and nano-robots in the thrombus therapy are summarized,and the current limitations are analyzed,and the future research direction is prospected.The development of micro-and nano-robot technology provided a new idea for the thrombus therapy and is expected to become a more efficient and safe therapeutic approach.
