摘  要:针对电磁式振动能量采集器存在漏磁和磁路部分磁感线未穿过线圈的问题,设计了一种基于径向充磁的单自由度振动能量采集器。该采集器设置有衔铁和非导磁部件两部分,这两个部分能够起到闭合磁路、增加磁感线返回磁极轴向距离的作用。这不仅减少了漏磁现象,而且提高了穿过感应线圈的磁感应强度,进而获得更高的感应电压。通过有限元仿真对系统模型进行分析,仿真结果表明:在增设衔铁和非导磁部件后,系统磁路中的磁感应强度、开路电压均有明显提升,最大磁感应强度提高了92%,开路电压增加了近一倍。通过对相关参数进行优化得到:当感应线圈截面高度为14.7 mm、截面宽度为3.2 mm、上下衔铁厚度和中间衔铁宽度分别为12 mm和5.5 mm时,该系统输出功率达到最大,即8.79 W。同时,通过比较径向充磁与轴向充磁振动能量采集器的输出效果,发现在该条件下,径向充磁振动能量采集器输出功率优于轴向充磁的振动能量采集器。Regarding the existing problems of electromagnetic vibration energy collector,such as magnetic leakage and partial magnetic induction line not passing through the coil,a one-degreeof-freedom vibration energy collector based on radial magnetization was designed.The collector has an armature and a non-magnetic component,which can close the magnetic circuit and increase the axial distance of the magnetic induction line back to the magnetic pole.This reduces the magnetic leakage phenomenon and improves the magnetic induction intensity through the induction coil,thus obtaining a higher induction voltage.The system model was analyzed by the finite element simulation.The simulation results show that the magnetic induction intensity and open circuit voltage in the magnetic circuit of the system are obviously improved after adding armature and non-magnetic components,and the maximum magnetic induction intensity is increased by 92%,and the open circuit voltage is nearly doubled.By optimizing the relevant parameters,it is obtained that when the cross section height of the induction coil is 14.7 mm and the cross section width is 3.2 mm,and the upper and lower armature thickness and the middle armature width are 12 mm and 5.5 mm respectively,the output power of the system reaches the maximum,that is 8.79 W.At the same time,by comparing the output effects of radial magnetization and axial magnetization vibration energy collectors,it is found that the output power of radial magnetization vibration energy collector is better than that of axial magnetization vibration energy collector under this conditions.
