摘 要:以玉米秸秆和荔枝树枝为原料,500℃下制备生物炭。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪对两种生物炭进行表征。通过滴涂法将两种生物炭材料分别修饰在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,成功构建了Y-BC/GCE和L-BC/GCE电化学传感器,并在醋酸盐缓冲液中用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了镉金属离子(Cd^(2+))在不同电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,两种生物炭修饰电极对Cd^(2+)的检测都取得较好的效果。在最优条件下(Y-BC/GCE:沉积电位-1.6 V、沉积时间100 s、pH=4;L-BC/GCE:沉积电位-1.3 V、沉积时间100 s、pH=5),两种生物炭传感器在浓度范围为0.2~20μmol/L内都有良好的线性关系,Cd^(2+)检出限分别低至0.06和0.05μmol/L。同时这两种生物炭传感器具有良好的稳定性、重复性以及抗干扰性,对实际样品中的Cd^(2+)具有良好的回收率(Y-BC/GCE:96.97%~102.57%;L-BC/GCE:97.01%~99.10%)。With corn stover and lychee twig as raw materials,the biochar was prepared at 500℃.Two biochars were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer.The two biochar materials were respectively modified on the surface of glassy carbon electrodes(GCEs)by drop-coating method to construct Y-BC/GCE and L-BC/GCE electrochemical sensors successfully,and the electrochemical behaviors of cadmium metal ions(Cd^(2+))on different electrodes were investigated in acetate buffer solution by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The results show that both biochar-modified electrodes achieve better effects for the detection of Cd^(2+).Under the optimal conditions(Y-BC/GCE:deposition potential of-1.6 V,deposition time of 100 s,pH=4;L-BC/GCE:deposition potential of-1.3 V,deposition time of 100 s,pH=5),the two biochar sensors show good linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.2-20μmol/L,and the detection limits of Cd^(2+)are as low as 0.06 and 0.5μmol/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the two biochar sensors have good stabilities,reproducibilities and immunities to interference,with good recovery rates of Cd^(2+)in real samples(Y-BC/GCE:96.97%-102.57%;L-BC/GCE:97.01%-99.10%).
