构建高校图书馆“六位一体”文化育人新体系的探索与实践

摘  要:育人是高校图书馆的初心和使命,文化育人是高校图书馆的价值追求和灵魂所在,是高校内涵式发展的重要内容。文章分析了国内高校图书馆文化育人研究现状、存在问题、面临困境,提出高校图书馆开展文化育人的五条路径:抓顶层,转观念,激需求,拓边界,凝特色。以温州科技职业学院图书馆文化育人实践为例,探索通过传承红色根脉文化、开展通识素质教育、引领读者终身学习、营造文化浸润环境、弘扬民族优秀传统文化、指导参与社会实践六个方面开展文化育人实践,构建高校图书馆“以德修身,以文化人,以学启智,以美润心,以艺怡情,以劳培元”的“六位一体”文化育人新体系。Education is the fundamental mission of university libraries,and cultural education represents the core value and essence of these institutions.It is a crucial component of the intrinsic development of universities.This paper analyzes the current state,existing problems,and challenges of cultural education in domestic university libraries and proposes five strategies for enhancing cultural education:top-level planning,changing perspectives,stimulating demand,expanding boundaries,and refining distinctive features.Using the cultural education initiatives at the Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology Library as an example,this paper explores cultural education practices across six dimensions:inheriting red root culture,promoting general education,leading readers toward lifelong learning,creating a culturally enriching environment,promoting traditional culture,and guiding engagement in social practice.These efforts aim to build a new"six-in-one"cultural education system in university libraries,which includes cultivating character through morality,educating people through culture,inspiring wisdom through learning,nourishing the heart with beauty,enriching emotions through art,and nurturing talents through labor.
