摘 要:公众形象展现图书馆的知名度和用户满意度,分析公众对图书馆形象的感知情况有利于图书馆开展工作、提升服务。本文以各年获得国际图书馆协会和机构联合会“年度公共图书馆奖”的八家国外图书馆为样本,基于“谷歌地图”平台的在线评论,通过高频词分析、主题挖掘、内容分析等方法,揭示国外公共图书馆形象的整体感知与主题构成,从建筑形象、管理形象、资源形象、服务形象、读者形象、馆员形象、设施形象7个方面阐述国外公共图书馆形象感知现状,以期对我国公共图书馆创新服务,提升公众形象提供借鉴。A library's public image reflects its popularity and user satisfaction.Analyzing how the public perceives this image is valuable for improving library operations and enhancing services.This study focuses on eight foreign libraries that have won the IFLA"Public Library of the Year Award"in various years,using online reviews from the"Google Maps"platform as data.Through methods such as high-frequency word analysis,thematic analysis,and content analysis,the study reveals the overall perception and thematic composition of these libraries'images.It examines the current state of image perception across seven dimensions:architectural image,management image,resource image,service image,reader image,librarian image,and facility image.The findings aim to provide insights for Chinese public libraries to innovate services and enhance their public image.
