国内公共图书馆微信公众号平台推送文章研究:基于Tableau与WCI的分析

摘　　要：文章针对当前我国公共图书馆微信公众号运营的传播力和影响力问题,采集了2023年11月1日—2024年4月30日之间的20所公共图书馆微信公众号或订阅号推送文章及其相关信息作为原始数据,选用数据可视化分析软件Tableau与微信传播指数WCI对数据进行了整体、个体层面分析。总结了公共图书馆微信公众号运营的不足,并提出区域合作,优势互补;善用指数,及时调整;加强互动,维持粘性;重视质量,挖掘特色等优化运营建议。This paper addresses the issues of spreading power and influence in the operation of official WeChat accounts in public libraries across China.It collects articles pushed by the official WeChat accounts or subscription accounts of 20 public libraries between November 1,2023,and April 30,2024,along with related information as the original data.The data is analyzed at both overall and individual levels using the data visualization software Tableau and the WeChat Communication Index(WCI).The study summarizes the shortcomings in the operation of public library WeChat accounts and proposes optimization suggestions,such as regional cooperation and complementary strengths,effective use of indicators with timely adjustments,enhanced interaction to maintain user engagement,and a focus on quality to uncover unique features.
