摘  要:【目的】探讨旱季降雨变化对树番茄苗木生长及化学计量特征的影响,为树番茄苗木在旱季的栽植培育提供水分管理理论依据。【方法】以一年生树番茄苗木为研究对象,设置3个降雨量,即降雨量减少40%(W-)、平均月降雨量(W)和降雨量增加40%(W+),并设置3 d(T)和6 d(T+)的降雨间隔期,比较不同降雨量下树番茄苗木的生长情况及碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)在树番茄苗木各器官中的分配规律。【结果】随着降雨间隔时间的延长和降雨量的增加,树番茄苗木的苗高和地径均显著增加;生物量随降雨量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。在延长降雨间隔时间的情况下,各器官的碳、氮、磷含量随降雨量增加而升高。在降雨量减少40%的情况下,树番茄苗木根与叶的C:N和C:P比值高于其他处理,表明其根与叶受到磷的限制,其余处理则受到氮的限制。【结论】在旱季,增加单次降雨量是对树番茄苗木进行水分管理的最佳方法。【Objective】The effect of rainfall changes in dry season on the growth and stoichiometric characteristics of Cyphomandra betacea(tree tomato)seedlings was studied to provide a theoretical basis for water management of C.betacea seedlings cultivated in the dry season.【Method】Three rainfall gradients,i.e.,40%reduction in rainfall(W-),natural rainfall(W),and 40%increase in rainfall(W+),as well as 2 rainfall intervals of 3 d(T)and 6 d(T+)were set up on potted annual tree tomato seedlings,so as to compare the seedling growth and distribution pattern of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in each organ of tree tomato seedlings.【Result】The diameters and heights of tree tomato seedlings increased significantly with heavier rainfall and prolonged intervals,while the seedling biomass firstly rose and then declined with increased rainfall.The C,N and P contents of each organ went up with increased rainfall under prolonged intervals,and the C:N and C:P ratios of roots and leaves under W-were higher than the counterparts under W and W+,indicating the constraints of P on roots and leaves under W-and the restriction of N on growth performance under the other 2 treatments.【Conclusion】Rainfall variability with increased average single rainfall was the best method for moisture management of C.betacea seedlings during dry season.
