资源型城市经济韧性的时空演变分析与发展战略构想

摘　　要：以经济韧性为核心,建立了基于抵御恢复力、调整适应力和创新转型力3个维度的综合评价体系,对资源型城市进行了深入的分析和评估。运用熵值法对选定的63个地级资源型城市进行了经济韧性的量化分析,深入探讨了城市经济韧性随时间和空间变化的动态特征。此外,还通过构建回归模型来定量探究影响资源型城市经济韧性强弱程度的多种因素,结果显示,时间维度上,所选取的资源型城市的经济韧性总体呈上升趋势,但大多数城市仍须提升经济韧性水平;空间维度上,所选取的资源型城市在抵御恢复力方面呈现出积极上升的趋势,高水平和中等水平的城市数量有所增加,而低水平和较低水平的城市数量则有所下降,调整适应力方面的整体分布保持相对稳定,但在创新转型力方面,较低水平城市的数量有所增加,低水平城市的数量则呈现减少的态势。在经济韧性影响因素方面,城市经济的专业化程度和金融支持能力与资源型城市的经济韧性呈负相关关系,而产业多样化、产业集聚密度、交通区位以及市场规模与经济韧性呈正相关关系。With economic resilience as the core,a comprehensive evaluation system based on three dimensions,namely,resilience to recovery capacity,adaptability to adjustment and innovation and transformation capacity,is established to conduct in-depth analyses and assessments of resource-based cities.By applying the entropy value method to quantitatively analyze the economic resilience of 63 selected prefecture-level resource-based cities,the dynamic characteristics of urban economic resilience over time and space changes are explored in depth.In addition,this paper also quantitatively explores the multiple factors affecting the degree of economic resilience of resource-based cities by constructing a regression model.The results show that from a temporal perspective,the economic resilience of the selected resource-based cities is generally on an upward trend,but most of the cities still need to improve the levels of economic resilience.From the spatial perspective,the selected resource-based cities show a positive upward trend in resistance and recovery capacity,with an increase in the number of cities at high and medium levels and a decrease in the number of cities at low and lower levels;the overall distribution of adjustment and adaptability remains relatively stable,but in terms of innovation and transformation capacity,the number of cities at the lower levels has increased while the number of cities at low levels has showed a decreasing trend.In terms of the factors influencing economic resilience,the degree of specialization and financial support capacity of the urban economy are negatively correlated with the economic resilience of resource-based cities,while industrial diversification,industrial agglomeration density,transportation location and market size are positively correlated with economic resilience.
