摘  要:构建皮书知识服务能力体系,拓展皮书相关研究,为皮书更好地发挥知识服务功能提供实践指导。文章围绕皮书在知识生产、知识传播、知识应用和知识评价四个环节中体现出的知识服务能力,构建皮书知识服务能力体系,包括信息挖掘和创造能力、资源关联和传播能力、决策参考和支持能力、过程反馈和引领能力。分析皮书知识服务优势,以及皮书在提供知识服务过程中存在的问题,提出针对性的优化策略:完善制度规范,提高知识生产质量和效率;丰富出版形式,重视受众知识需求;促进知识传播和交流,加强数字出版平台建设;重视皮书评价,积极利用评价结果。This paper builds a knowledge service capability system for the year book to expand related research and provide practical guidance for the year book to better play the function of knowledge service.Based on the knowledge service capability of the year book embodied in the four links of knowledge production,dissemination,application and evaluation,the knowledge service capability system is constructed,including information mining and creation ability,resource association and dissemination ability,decision reference and support ability,process feedback and leading ability.Then the advantages of the year book's knowledge service are analyzed,the problems in the process of the year book knowledge service provision are pointed out,and the targeted optimization strategies are proposed:improving the institutional norms and enhancing the quality and efficiency of knowledge production;enriching the publishing formats and valuing readers'knowledge needs;promoting the knowledge dissemination and exchange and strengthening the construction of digital publishing platforms;paying attention to the evaluation of the year book and actively utilizing the results of the year book evaluations.
