摘　　要：梳理并分析中国科技期刊卓越行动计划带动的科技期刊研究热点话题,为进一步打造世界一流科技期刊提供借鉴。文章以知网收录的2019—2023年发表的379篇相关论文为样本文献,使用文献计量可视化与内容分析相结合的方法,开展文献研究热点话题分析。发现相关论文的研究热点话题集中在编辑出版政策、办刊策略与集群化、媒体融合与宣传推广、编辑人才培养四个方面。提出我国科技期刊出版界要加强学术出版伦理规范研究;继续加快培育高水平科技期刊,自主孵化一流期刊;持续推进期刊集群化发展和自主出版平台建设,提升出版服务能力;完善多元立体化的期刊宣传推广新媒体矩阵建设,实现可持续运营;加强复合型编辑人才培养。This paper aims to sort out and analyze the research hotspots of scientific journals driven by the Excellent Action Plan for China STM Journals,so as to provide reference for developing world-class scientific journals.This paper takes 379 articles related to the Excellent Action Plan for China STM Journals published from 2019 to 2023 indexed in CNKI as the sample literature,and utilizes the bibliometric visualization and content analysis methods to conduct the in-depth research on the research hotspots of the literature.The research hotspots driven by the Excellent Action Plan are concentrated in the following four areas:editorial policies,publishing strategies and journal clustering,media convergence and publicity,and editorial talent cultivation.The publishing industry of scientific journals should strengthen research on publishing ethics,continue to strengthen and expand the high-level scientific journals and raise the world-class journals independently,accelerate the development of journal clustering and the construction of independent publishing platforms,as well as enhance the publishing service capabilities,continue to improve the construction of a multi-dimensional new media matrix for publicity and promotion and achieve sustainable operation,and strengthen the cultivation of versatile editorial talents.
