摘 要:利用Q-type非球面优越的高阶像差校正能力,设计一款大孔径和大像面的手机镜头。该手机镜头光学系统由9片透镜组成,包含7片偶次非球面和2片Q-type非球面。镜头的F数为1.8,像高为6.82 mm,视场角为70°,有效焦距为4.77 mm,系统总长为6.86 mm。该手机镜头光学系统在奈奎斯特(Nyquist)频率为446 lp·mm^(-1)处,轴上点至0.7视场的调制传递函数(MTF)值均大于0.18;在12 Nyquist频率为223 lp·mm^(-1)处,轴上点至0.7视场的MTF值大于0.42,满足手机镜头成像要求。仿真结果表明,相较于相同设计参数和初始结构的偶次非球面,采用Q-type非球面的手机镜头成像光斑半径小25.52%,具有更佳的成像质量。公差分析结果表明,在给定的公差范围内,透镜设计满足生产要求。This paper presents a design of a large-aperture and large-image-field mobile phone lens leveraging the superior high-order aberration correction capabilities of Q-type aspheres.Its optical system is composed of seven even-order aspheres and two Q-type aspheres.The lens has an F-number of 1.8,an image height of 6.82 mm,a field of view of 70°,an effective focal length of 4.77 mm,and a total system length of 6.86 mm.The design outcomes demonstrate that at the Nyquist frequency of 446 lp·mm^(-1),the Modulation Transfer Function(MTF)values from the optical axis to the 0.7 field of view are all greater than 0.18;at the half Nyquist frequency of 223 lp·mm^(-1),the MTF values exceed 0.42,meeting the imaging requirements for mobile phone lenses.Comparison of the mobile phone lenses under the same design parameters and initial structure indicates that the lens designed with Q-type aspheres has a spot radius that is 25.52%smaller than that of the lens designed with even-order aspheres,and offers better image quality.Results of the tolerance analysis also show that design of the system meets the machining requirements.
