摘  要:采用两步水热法制备了组成分别为Zr_(0.87)Y_(0.07)Gd_(0.02)Sc_(0.04)O_(1.94)(Gd-Sc-YSZ)和Zr_(0.87)Y_(0.08)Gd_(0.03)Yb_(0.02)O_(1.94)(Gd-Yb-YSZ)的两种含有半空心球的陶瓷粉末。将上述陶瓷粉末造粒并通过大气等离子喷涂在渗铝涂层表面分别制备两种陶瓷层,组成了陶瓷层/渗铝层/NiCrAlY/DZ40M热障涂层,并分别测试了这两种热障涂层和传统YSZ涂层在热源温度1050℃和1400℃下的隔热温度及在1250℃下的抗CMAS热腐蚀性能。结果表明:Gd-Yb-YSZ和Gd-Sc-YSZ两种涂层在1400℃保温6h后其表面完好且没有脱落,两种涂层主要由亚稳四方相(t'-ZrO_(2))组成,这说明这两种涂层均有望在1400℃长期使用,在此高温条件下渗铝层对陶瓷层在NiCrAlY合金表面的黏结稳定性具有关键作用。在1050℃和1400℃热源条件下,相比于YSZ涂层,Gd-Yb-YSZ、Gd-Sc-YSZ涂层的隔热温度更高,且其热导率仅为YSZ涂层的0.35~0.5倍,即通过掺杂Gd、Yb、Sc,YSZ涂层的隔热效果显著提升。YSZ涂层经历1250℃的CMAS热腐蚀1h后发生边缘脱落,Gd-Yb-YSZ涂层在6h后仅中央变粗糙,而Gd-Sc-YSZ涂层6h后仍完好无损。Gd-Sc-YSZ和Gd-Yb-YSZ涂层的抗CMAS热腐蚀性能远优于YSZ涂层,特别是Gd-Sc-YSZ涂层。A two-step hydrothermal method was used to prepare two kinds of ceramic powders containing semi-hollow spheres with chemical composition ofZr_(0.87)Y_(0.07)Gd_(0.02)Sc_(0.04)O_(1.94)(Gd-Sc-YSZ)and Zr_(0.87)Y_(0.08)Gd_(0.03)Yb_(0.02)O_(1.94)(Gd-Yb-YSZ),respectively.The above ceramic powders were granulated and coated by atmospheric plasma spraying on the surface of the Al-permeated coating,to prepare two kinds of ceramic layers and form ceramic layer/Al-permeated layer/NiCrAlY/DZ40M thermal barrier coatings.The thermal insulation temperature at the heat source temperatures of 1050℃and 1400℃and CMAS hot corrosion resistance at 1250℃of the two kinds of thermal barrier coatings and the traditional YSZ coating were tested.The results demonstrates that both the Gd-Yb-YSZ and Gd-Sc-YSZ coatings remain intact and do not peel off after thermal insulation at 1400℃for 6 h.The two coatings are primarily composed of a metastable tetragonal phase(t'-ZrO_(2)),which indicates that both the Gd-Yb-YSZ and Gd-Sc-YSZ coatings are expected to serve at 1400℃for a long term.At the high temperature,the Al-permeated layer plays a crucial role in maintaining the bonding stability of the ceramic layer on the surface of NiCrAlY alloy.The thermal insulation temperature of Gd-Yb-YSZ and Gd-Sc-YSZ coatings is higher than that of YSZ coating at the heat source temperatures of 1050℃and 1400℃.Furthermore,their thermal conductivities are only 0.35~0.5 times that of YSZ coating.It can be concluded that doping with Gd,Yb and Sc significantly en-hances the thermal insulation effect of the YSZ coating.Following exposure to hot corrosion of CMAS at 1250℃for 1 h,the edges of the YSZ coating exhibits peeling,whereas the centre of the Gd-Yb-YSZ coa-ting only becomes rough and the Gd-Sc-YSZ coating remains intact after 6 h.The CMAS hot corrosion re-sistance of the Gd-Sc-YSZ and Gd-Yb-YSZ coatings is much better than that of the YSZ coating,particular-ly for the former.
