摘 要:以纯镁及镁基中间合金为原材料制备Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-X-Zr(X=La、Ce、Sr、Sb)合金,采用维氏硬度计、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和拉伸测试试验机等设备对试样进行测试。研究了Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-X-Zr(X=La、Ce、Sr、Sb)合金经固溶时效处理后的维氏硬度,稀土元素Gd、Y含量对Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-La-Zr合金时效态维氏硬度的影响,以及铸态、固溶时效态Mg-8Gd-3Y-2Sm-0.15La-0.5Zr合金的显微组织结构、时效硬化特性和力学性能。结果表明,La为最佳强化元素;Gd/Y质量比为8/3的合金维氏硬度优于Gd/Y质量比为6/4和9/2的合金;铸态Mg-8Gd-3Y-2Sm-0.15La-0.5Zr合金的晶粒尺寸主要集中在20~45μm,时效16h时其硬度达到峰值132.87HV;该合金时效态的抗拉强度和屈服强度达到了259.02MPa和240.31MPa,相对于铸态分别提升了42.32%和51.87%。Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-X-Zr(X=La,Ce,Sr,Sb)alloys were prepared using pure magnesium and magne-sium-based intermediate alloys as raw materials.The instruments of Vickers hardness tester,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine were used to test the sample.The Vickers hardness of solid solution-aged Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-X-Zr(X=La,Ce,Sr,Sb)alloys was studied firstly.The influence of rare earth element Gd and Y content on the Vickers hardness of aged Mg-Gd-Y-Sm-La-Zr alloy was also studied.And then the micro-structure,aging hardening characteristics,and mechanical properties of as-cast and solid solution-aged Mg-8Gd-3Y-2Sm-0.15La-0.5Zr alloy were further studied.The results indicate that La is the optimal streng thening element.The Vickers hardness of the alloy with Gd/Y mass ratio of 8/3 is better than that of the alloy with Gd/Y mass ratio of 6/4 and 9/2.The grain size of as-cast Mg-8Gd-3Y-2Sm-0.15La-0.5Zr alloy is mainly concentrated in the range of 20~45μm,and its peak hardness of 132.87 HV is reached after 16 h aging.The tensile strength and yield strength of the aged alloy are 259.02 MPa and 240.31 MPa respec-tively,increased by 42.32%and 51.87%compared with the as-cast alloy respectively.
