“双循环”新发展格局下中国数字版权贸易发展路径分析

摘　　要：在数字经济的驱动下,中国数字版权贸易快速发展,成为中华文化走向世界的重要途径之一。本文从辨析数字版权、数字版权贸易、传统版权贸易视角解读数字版权贸易内涵,通过分析发现中国数字版权贸易存在版权产业规模增势明显和国际交易环境日益优化的发展机遇,但是面临国际市场竞争力弱和数字作品版权保护机制不完善等挑战,建议在“双循环”新发展格局下中国数字版权贸易发展应从依托数字经济促进国内数字版权产业发展,多要素并举提升数字版权产业国际竞争力,完善数字作品版权法治建设等方面着力。Driven by the digital economy,China's digital copyright trade has developed rapidly and has become one of the important ways for Chinese culture to go global.This paper interprets the connotation of digital copyright trade from the perspectives of differentiating digital copyright,digital copyright trade,and traditional copyright trade.Through analysis,it is found that China's digital copyright trade has development opportunities such as the obvious growth trend of the copyright industry scale and the increasingly optimized international trading environment.However,it faces challenges such as weak international market competitiveness and imperfect digital works copyright protection mechanisms.It is suggested that under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”,the development of China's digital copyright trade should focus on promoting the development of the domestic digital copyright industry relying on the digital economy,enhancing the international competitiveness of the digital copyright industry through multiple elements,and improving the legal construction of digital works copyright.
