摘 要:为降低超长大体积混凝土内部温度应力以控制裂缝的产生,研究依托某办公综合楼项目,将跳仓法施工技术与现场实践相结合,对混凝土原材料及配比设计、混凝土浇筑技术与硬化后养护方式等进行了优化,同时利用温度监测技术分析了施工效果。工程实践表明,以跳仓法施工为主体的混凝土硬化前、后控制措施,可有效降低超长大体积混凝土温度变化幅度,其显著降低了温度裂缝发育与延伸的风险,多维度的裂缝控制措施可助推跳仓法技术在施工实践中取得最佳效果。In order to reduce the internal temperature stress of ultra large volume concrete and control the occurrence of cracks,a study was conducted based on a certain office complex building project.The jumping warehouse construction technology was combined with on-site practice to optimize the design of concrete raw materials and proportions,concrete pouring technology,and curing methods after hardening.At the same time,temperature monitoring technology was used to analyze the construction effect of this project.Engineering practice has shown that the control measures before and after concrete hardening,mainly based on the jumping silo method of construction,can effectively reduce the temperature change amplitude of ultra large volume concrete,significantly reducing the risk of temperature crack development and extension.Multi dimensional crack control measures can promote the jumping silo method technology to achieve the best results in construction practice.
