摘　　要：研究系统分析了亳州科技创新中心项目设计阶段的挑战,并提出了针对性的工期与成本控制策略。通过采纳设计主导的EPC模式,突出了项目各阶段的实施策略,实现了设计阶段的有效整合及增强设计过程中集成和主导性,有效提升了项目效率和经济性。探讨了设计阶段挑战的解决方案,包括变更管理、技术难题预防与协作及设计质量监管。综合评估了跨专业成本节约措施,展示了优化设计流程、增强协调和应用先进技术在促进成本节约和效率提升方面的成效。The research system analyzed the challenges in the design phase of the Bozhou Science and Technology Innovation Center project and proposed targeted strategies for project duration and cost control.By adopting the design led EPC model,the implementation strategies of each stage of the project were highlighted,achieving effective integration of the design phase and enhancing integration and leadership in the design process,effectively improving project efficiency and economy.Explored solutions to design phase challenges,including change management,prevention and collaboration of technical difficulties,and design quality supervision.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on cross disciplinary cost saving measures,demonstrating the effectiveness of optimizing design processes,enhancing coordination,and applying advanced technologies in promoting cost savings and efficiency improvements.
