摘 要:沿河大桥主桥为183 m的中承式提篮钢箱拱桥,拱肋内倾10°,结构三维造型复杂,其成形后的线形是钢结构吊装施工中的控制核心。结合工程实际施工环境条件,采用大节段的整体提升方案、吊机提升拼装方案、缆索吊提升拼装方案等方式进行钢箱拱的安装,其中缆索采用吊斜拉扣挂法进行安装,并制订测量控制网布设、扣锚索初张力、合龙温度和预抬值等控制措施。最终提高了沿河大桥拱肋安装精度,其可为沿河大桥的顺利合龙提供技术支持。The main bridge of Yanhe Bridge is a 183m steel box arch bridge with a 10°inclination arch rib,and its three-dimensional structure is complicated.The linear shape after forming is the control core of steel structure hoisting construction.According to the actual construction environment conditions of the project,the steel box arch is installed by adopting the overall lifting scheme of large segments,the hoisting and assembling scheme of crane and the hoisting and assembling scheme of cable crane.The steel box arch is installed by the hanging cable-stay method,and the control measures such as measuring and controlling network layout,initial tension of anchor cable,closing temperature and pre-lifting value are formulated.Finally,the installation accuracy of arch rib of bridge along the river is improved,which can provide technical support for the smooth closure of bridge along the river.
