发泡水泥保温系统施工技术应用研究

摘　　要：发泡水泥保温体系是一项新的建筑隔热工艺,近些年已被越来越多地应用于建筑业。该技术采用微泡剂、中空微珠和其他无机胶凝硬物质(如水泥),经机械方法充分起泡和搅拌,制成一种具有众多闭孔的轻质隔热材料。这种结构既有良好的隔热效果,又可防止水、火等外部因素对结构的破坏,从而增强了建筑的安全性。研究主要从保温板施工、抗裂防护层施工、锚固施工3个方向,探究了发泡水泥保温系统在建筑外墙的施工技术及应用。Foamed cement insulation system is a new building insulation technology,which has been more and more applied in the construction industry in recent years.The technology uses microfoamers,hollow microbeads and other inorganic cementing hard substances,such as cement,which are fully foamed and stirred by mechanical methods to produce a lightweight thermal insulation material with numerous closed pores.This structure not only has a good thermal insulation effect,but also can prevent water,fire and other external factors from damaging the structure,thus enhancing the safety of the building.This paper mainly discusses the construction technology and application of foamed cement insulation system in building exterior wall from three directions:insulation board construction,anti-crack protection layer construction and anchorage construction.
