摘 要:以某正放四角锥钢网架结构总装车间为研究对象,系统阐述了其顶升施工技术及要点,并且对施工过程与监测数据进行分析,提高了施工的安全稳定性。研究表明:通过顶升法施工提高了网架安装的整体稳定性,充分利用安装空间,缩短了施工工期,并且保证了网架的拼装质量。在顶升过程中网架最大位移均出现在网架边缘,且均产生向下位移,最大值为26.383 mm;顶升点附近杆件应力普遍大于其他杆件,且最大应力为63.85 MPa;由于顶升点上升高度差异及外界环境影响导致顶升过程中杆件应力变化较大,2次应力监测的最大差值为44.475 MPa;从各点监测值得到钢网架的真实受力状态,且网架的监测数据和模拟数据的最大误差在20%以内;落座卸载后最终监测变形下挠为6 mm,与模拟计算数据基本吻合,满足设计要求,以期对类似网架结构安装提供经验借鉴。Taking a positive pyramid steel grid structure assembly workshop as the research object,this paper systematically expounds the jacking construction technology and key points,and analyzes the construction process and monitoring data,which improves the safety and stability of construction.The research shows that the overall stability of the grid installation is improved by the jacking method,the installation space is fully utilized,the construction period is shortened,and the assembly quality of the grid is guaranteed.In the process of jacking up,the maximum displacement of the grid frame appears at the edge of the grid frame,and all of them produce downward displacement,with the maximum value of 26.383 mm.The stress of the member near the jacking point is generally greater than that of other members,and the maximum stress is 63.85 MPa.Due to the difference in the rising height of the jacking point and the influence of the external environment,the stress of the rod changes greatly during the jacking process,and the maximum difference between the two stress monitoring is 44.475MPa.The real stress state of the steel grid is obtained from the monitoring value of each point,and the maximum error between the monitoring data and the simulated data of the grid is within 20%.After the seat is unloaded,the final monitoring deformation deflection is 6mm,which is basically consistent with the simulation calculation data and meets the design requirements.It is hoped to provide experience for similar grid structure installation.
