摘  要:大跨度钢桁架整体提升施工技术是现代大型钢结构工程中的重要施工方法,适用于跨度大、构件重、施工环境复杂的工程。以北京某工程为背景,阐述该工程中对整体提升技术的应用,同时,对施工过程中提升过程分段,提升点位布置,提升临时措施的设置、液压千斤顶及液压泵站的设计、提升变形监测等施工工艺进行介绍,并对工程整体提升过程进行描述。通过重点应用三维激光点云模型技术,对施工全过程进行监测,保证工程施工质量。The overall lifting construction technology of large-span steel truss is an important construction method in modern large-scale steel structure engineering,suitable for projects with large spans,heavy components,and complex construction environments.This article takes a project in Beijing as the background to explain the application of overall lifting technology in the project.At the same time,it introduces the construction process of segmented lifting,layout of lifting points,setting of temporary lifting measures,design of hydraulic jacks and pump stations,and monitoring of lifting deformation.The overall lifting process of the project is described.The key application of 3D laser point cloud modeling technology is to monitor the entire construction process,ensure the quality of engineering construction.
