摘 要:某基坑工程开挖深度超过25 m且邻近已有建筑物距离最近为12.5 m,属于特(超)深基坑。传统的放样法和外控法已无法满足本工程测量控制线投测。本工程基于工程特殊性采用全站仪分层分级导线测量方法将地面控制点引测至基底,再采用内控法进行地上结构测量,确保全站仪测量距离120 m,高差不大于5 m,逐层施作测量控制台,将地面测量控制点用导线测量方法引测至坑底,并将轴线逐级引测至冠梁上,用以校核坑内测量控制点,确保测量控制点精度。该方法既保证了施工质量,又为测量轴线精度提供了保障。The excavation depth of a foundation pit project is more than 25 meters and the nearest distance from the existing buildings is 12.5 meters,it belongs to the deep foundation pit.The traditional lofting method and external control method can not meet the requirements of the project.In this project,the ground control point is guided to the base by the method of layered traverse survey,and then the ground structure is measured by the method of internal control.To ensure that the total station measuring distance of 120 meters,height difference is less than or equal to 5 meters,the implementation of measurement console,layer by layer of measurement console,the ground survey control point with wire survey method to lead to the bottom of the pit,the axis is guided to the crown beam step by step to check the measurement control points in the pit,ensure the accuracy of the measuring control point,which not only guarantees the construction quality,but also provides a guarantee for the measuring axis precision.
