摘 要:以海南医学院桂林洋新校区一期项目为工程依托,介绍了静压法PHC管桩在施工中遇到分布范围广、完整度较高且具有一定厚度的中风化岩时,现场经过详细分析岩土工程详勘报告,结合沉桩异常的原因分析以及二次试桩成功的总结。在不改变既有设计条件的前提下,现场通过岩层及以上区段扩孔回填再沉桩的方法,解决了带十字闭口型钢桩尖的PHC管桩静压法穿越完整度较高的中风化玄武岩层的问题,使的管桩顺利穿越岩层,减少返工。Based on the first phase project of Guilin Yangxin Campus of Hainan Medical College,this article introduces the static pressure method PHC pipe piles encountered in the construction of moderately weathered rocks with a wide distribution range,high integrity,and certain thickness.After detailed analysis of the geotechnical engineering survey report on site,combined with the analysis of the causes of abnormal pile sinking and the successful summary of secondary pile testing.On the premise of not changing the existing design conditions,the problem of PHC pipe piles with cross closed steel pile tips passing through moderately weathered basalt layers with high integrity by static pressure method was solved by enlarging and backfilling the rock layers and above,and then sinking the piles on site,enabling the pipe piles to pass through the rock layers smoothly and reducing rework.
