摘　　要：石材幕墙安装存在高空焊接质量不高、龙骨变形较大、高空安装风险大以及施工效率较低等问题。本技术通过使用钢铝结合龙骨体系,其中横向龙骨使用创新研发的共用铝龙骨体系,铝横梁栓接于竖向龙骨预制钢托座,整个安装过程为冷操作,位于上下两块石材拼接位置,实现铝横梁共用,且横梁上下均设置可螺栓固定的通槽槽口,可以实现石材挂件沿横梁无极滑动,即便出现了横向的孔位偏差,依然可以可靠挂装。焊接工作主要集中在竖向龙骨,除与主体结构焊接固定外,所有焊接工作均为地面操作,局部单元式拼装后整体吊装固定,实现竖向龙骨的基本地面加工,即半单元式施工。此项施工技术减少横龙骨用量,在保证龙骨结构稳定性的同时,增大石材安装可调性,既保证了安装精度及质量,又提高了施工的效率和安全度。The installation of stone curtain walls has problems such as low welding quality at high altitudes,significant deformation of the keel,high installation risks at high altitudes,and low construction efficiency.This technology uses a steel aluminum combined keel system,where the horizontal keel uses an innovative shared aluminum keel system.The aluminum crossbeam is bolted to the prefabricated steel bracket of the vertical keel,and the entire installation process is a cold operation.It is located at the joint position of the upper and lower stone blocks,realizing the sharing of the aluminum crossbeam.The crossbeam is also equipped with bolted through slots on both sides,which can achieve infinite sliding of the stone pendant along the crossbeam.Even if there is a horizontal hole deviation,it can still be reliably hung.The welding work mainly focuses on the vertical keel.Except for welding and fixing with the main structure,all welding work is carried out on the ground.After partial unit assembly,it is lifted and fixed as a whole to achieve the basic ground processing of the vertical keel,that is,semi unit construction.This construction technology reduces the amount of horizontal keel used,while ensuring the stability of the keel structure and increasing the adjustability of stone installation.It not only ensures installation accuracy and quality,but also improves construction efficiency and safety.
