摘  要:随着城市发展,许多建筑由于内部某些区域老旧,或随着使用功能需求变化,越来越多的工程面临着改造,而机电专业作为整个建筑的“血管”,在改造工程中占比较大。由于机电系统的调整,许多竖井内部管道也需要更换,一方面是由于使用期限较长,管道的整体质量下降,另一方面是由于新的功能需求造成主管线的规格、数量会产生相应变化,需要竖井内管道随着机电整体改造而更新。以某改造工程为例,对通风竖井风管安装进行技术研究,提出了几种施工方案并进行了对比分析,研究成果为改造工程通风竖井内风管安装施工提供了有力的技术支撑和质量保障。With the development of cities,many buildings are facing renovation due to the aging of certain internal areas or changes in functional requirements.The mechanical and electrical profession,as the“blood vessel”of the entire building,also accounts for the vast majority of renovation projects.Due to the adjustment of the electromechanical system,many internal pipes in the shaft also need to be replaced.On the one hand,due to the long service life,the overall quality of the pipes has decreased.On the other hand,due to new functional requirements,the specifications and quantity of the main pipeline will change accordingly.It is inevitable that the pipes in the shaft will change with the overall electromechanical transformation.We have conducted technical research on the installation of ventilation shaft ducts using a certain transformation project as a carrier,proposed several construction schemes,and compared them,providing strong technical support and quality assurance for the installation of ventilation shaft ducts in the transformation project.
