摘　　要：建设智慧化的院前急救系统和信息化的医联体平台,有利于全面提高医院的服务水平,对应急救援具有重大的社会意义。文中旨在借助新型智能化的医疗设备、物联网平台及云端服务,促进院前急救的信息化建设,实现院前急救、院内救治一体化和实时无碍的互联互通。通过在院前急救系统布局多种具有物联网功能的无线生理参数检测装置,提高了院前急救系统的硬件设备的信息化水平;研发结构化的院前病历电子系统,借助5G网络和云服务搭建医联体平台,实现院前和院内的无缝对接和互通互联。实践证明,整套系统充分利用了有限的医疗资源和急救时间,实现了诊断、监护、治疗等的信息化、移动化和远程化;构建的智慧急救系统实现了院前急救和院内救治一体化,节省了医院的运营成本,提高了急救效率和服务质量。Building a smart pre-hospital first aid system and an information-based medical consortium platform is conducive to comprehensively improving the service level of hospitals and has great social significance for emergency rescue.This paper aims to promote the informatization construction of pre-hospital first aid with the help of new intelligent medical equipment,Internet of Things platforms and cloud services,and realize the integration of pre-hospital first aid and hospital treatment and real-time and unobstructed interconnection.By deploying a variety of wireless physiological parameter detection devices with Internet of Things functions in the pre-hospital first aid system,the informatization level of the hardware equipment of the pre-hospital first aid system has been improved;a structured pre-hospital medical record electronic system has been developed,and a medical consortium platform has been built with the help of 5G network and Cloud as a Service,so as to realize seamless docking and interconnection between the pre-hospital and the hospital.Practice has proved that the whole system makes full use of limited medical resources and first aid time,and realizes the informatization,mobility and remoteness of diagnosis,monitoring,treatment,etc.The intelligent first aid system constructed realizes the integration of pre-hospital first aid and hospital treatment,saves the operating cost of the hospital,and improves the efficiency of first aid and service quality.
