摘 要:针对火腿肠加工企业包装-入库工艺段中的自动化立体仓库仓库调度优化问题,文中提出了一种负相关演化算法来解决此问题。该算法将自然演化策略与负相关搜索算法相结合,提高了负相关搜索算法的防早熟能力,提升了负相关搜索算法的计算效率,提高了算法的整体性能。设计实验使用自动化立体仓库数据对改进算法进行了测试,并与其他智能算法进行了比较。结果表明,与其他算法相比,NCCES算法具有更快的收敛速度,验证了该算法求解该问题的有效性,证明了该算法适用于求解此类自动化立体仓库调度优化问题。A negative correlation evolutionary algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve the optimization problem of automated three-dimensional warehouse scheduling in the packaging warehousing process of sausage processing enterprises.This algorithm combines natural evolution strategy with negative correlation search algorithm,improves the anti premature ability of negative correlation search algorithm,enhances the computational efficiency of negative correlation search algorithm,and improves the overall performance of the algorithm.The design experiment used automated three-dimensional warehouse data to test the improved algorithm and compared it with other intelligent algorithms.The results indicate that compared to other algorithms,The NCCES algorithm has a faster convergence speed,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving this problem and proves its suitability for solving such automated three-dimensional warehouse scheduling optimization problems.
