摘　　要：同行评审是软件开发过程中关键的质量保证活动,通过团队内部成员对工作产品的审查,可以及早发现和纠正潜在的问题,提高软件质量。文中基于能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI),针对同行评审流程开展了建设和优化研究。同行评审是项目开展过程中的重要环节,能有效提高项目开发质量,减少项目返工,降低返工成本。基于CMMI模型中PR实践域的最佳实践,结合企业项目实际运行情况,文中提出了一套行之有效的同行评审流程。另外,通过对实际项目的应用实例,证明了基于CMMI模型的同行评审流程在提高软件质量,降低开发成本方面的有效性。最后,总结了建设和优化同行评审流程的关键步骤和经验教训,希望能为在软件开发过程中引入同行评审提供有益的参考。Peer review is a key quality assurance activity in the software development process.Through the review of work products by team members,wold-be problems can be detected and corrected early,and software quality can be improved.Based on the capability maturity framework integration(CMMI)model,this paper conducts a construction and optimization study for the peer review process.Peer review is an important link in the process of project development,which can effectively improve the quality of project development,reduce project rework and reduce rework costs.Based on the best practices of the PR practice domain in the CMMI model,combined with the actual operation of enterprise projects,this paper proposes an effective peer review process.In addition,the effectiveness of the peer review process based on the CMMI model in improving software quality and reducing development costs is proved through practical project instances.Finally,the key steps and lessons of building and optimizing the peer review process are summarized,hoping to provide useful reference for introducing peer review in the software development process.
