摘　　要：文中设计的拨号显示与语音播报器以AT89S52为核心,采用键盘扫描技术实现对键盘键值的读取,同时采用语音存储及播报技术实现对电话号码的播报。该设计通过矩阵键盘读取电话号码,实现实时播报号码,并通过LCD1602同步显示。The dial-up display and voice broadcaster designed in this paper take AT89S52 as the core,adopts keyboard scanning technology implementation to read the key value of the keyboard,and adopts voice storage and broadcast technology implementation to broadcast the phone number.The design reads the phone number through the matrix keyboard,realizes the real-time broadcast number,and displays it synchronously through LCD1602.
