一例公猫尿闭症的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：尿闭是猫常见的泌尿系统疾病,多发于公猫,对患猫健康有较大影响,病情严重或者治疗不及时,将会威胁猫的生命。本文针对一例疑似尿闭的患猫,该患猫因出现频繁去猫砂盆、努责、尿淋漓、排尿困难和血尿的症状而被送到动物医院就诊。采用基础检查、生化检查、尿液检查、B超检查和X光检查等方法进行诊断,结合所有检查结果确诊为尿闭症。随后施行人工导尿法联合术后用药治疗,成功治愈患猫,半个月后回访,患猫完全康复。Urinary retention is a common urinary system disease in cats,especially prevalent in male cats and can significantly impact their health.If left untreated or if the condition becomes severe,it can even be life-threatening for the cat.This paper reported on a case of suspected urinary obstruction in a cat that was brought to the veterinary hospital due to frequent visits to the litter box,straining,dribbling urination,difficulty in urination,and hematuria.The diagnosis was made using a combination of basic examinations,biochemical tests,urine analysis,ultrasound,and X-ray imaging.The diagnosis confirmed the presence of urethral obstruction.Subsequent treatment involved manual catheterization followed by postoperative medication,which successfully cured the feline patient.A follow-up visit after half a month confirmed full recovery of the cat.
