摘　　要：针对畜牧兽医行业对应用型人才的需求现状及畜牧兽医类专业在人才培养方面存在的不足,畜牧兽医类专业与行业形成校企命运共同体。通过协同实施企业导向的课程设置、教学方法改革、校企深度合作、建立“双导师”制度、加强“双师双能型”师资队伍建设、协同促进“精准就业”、构建校企命运共同体人才培养体系管理机制,以此构建畜牧兽医类专业应用型人才培养体系,提高畜牧兽医类专业应用型人才培养质量,实现人才培养与产业需求无缝衔接,培养能满足我国现代畜牧业高质量发展和乡村振兴需求的应用型人才。In response to the current demand for applied talents in the animal husbandry and veterinary industry,and the shortcomings in talent cultivation within these fields,a school-enterprise shared destiny community was formed between animal husbandry and veterinary majors and industries.Then,the collaborative implementation of enterprise oriented curriculum setting,teaching method reform,in depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,the establishment of a dual tutorship system,strengthening the development of a dual skilled teaching team,coordination of the promotion of precision employment,and the construction of a management mechanism for the talent training system within the school-enterprise shared destiny community,an application oriented talent training system for animal husbandry and veterinary professions is established.This construction can improve the training quality of applied talents in animal husbandry and veterinary majors,realize the seamless connection between talent training and industrial needs,and cultivate applied talents who can meet the high quality development of modern animal husbandry in China and the needs of rural revitalization.
