摘 要:目的观察助理全科医生规范化培训的实践探索。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月长沙市第四医院助理全科医生培训基地的28名助理全科医生为研究对象,2021年1—12月14名助理全科医生纳入对比组,开展常规专业知识培训模式;2022年1—12月14名助理全科医生纳入观察组,开展规范化培训模式。对比分析两组的考核结果、专业能力、培训满意率。结果在培训后,观察组的理论考核结果为(95.22±4.19)分、操作考核结果为(95.31±4.22)分、思政考核结果为(95.26±4.20)分,均高于对比组的(90.67±4.53)分、(90.72±4.56)分、(90.67±4.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.758、2.764、2.776,P均<0.05);观察组的专业能力高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组培训满意率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开展规范化培训模式,可以提升助理全科医生的考核成绩,提高其专业能力,提高培训满意率。Objective To observe the practical exploration of standardized training of assistant general practitioners.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,twenty-eight assistant general practitioners from the Assistant General Practitioner Training Base of the Fourth Hospital of Changsha City were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2021,fourteen assistant general practitioners were included in the control group to carry out the routine professional knowledge training model.From January to December 2022,fourteen assistant general practitioners were included in the observation group to carry out standardized training mode.The assessment results,professional ability and training satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After training,the theoretical assessment result of the observation group was 95.22±4.19,the operation assessment result was 95.31±4.22,and the ideological and political assessment result was 95.26±4.20,which were higher than those of the control group 90.67±4.53,90.72±4.56,90.67±4.54,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.758,2.764,2.776,all P<0.05);the professional ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of training satisfaction rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Carrying out standardized training model can improve the assessment scores of assistant general practitioners,enhance their professional competence and increase training satisfaction.
