摘　　要：目的分析医院感染控制工作当中应用医院感染管理质控小组的实际应用价值。方法选取滕州市第二人民医院内科医务人员40名,2022年1—12月为常态组,采取常规管理,2023年1—12月为考察组,采用医院感染管理质控小组管理,对比两组管理质量评分和感染认知度评分。结果考察组空气质量、管理制度、手部卫生、灭菌、无菌作业管理评分高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。考察组隔离预防、消毒灭菌、感染监控、无菌操作评分高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院感染管理质控小组实施可降低院内的感染情况发生率,使感染管理质量提高。Objective To analyze the practical application value of quality control team in nosocomial infection control.Methods Forty medical staff from the Tengzhou Second People's Hospital were selected,the routine management were taken in the normal group from January to December 2022,hospital infection management quality control team management were taken in the investigation group from January to December 2023.Compared two groups of management quality scores and infection awareness scores.Results The scores of air quality,management system,hand hygiene,sterilization,and aseptic operation management in the investigation group were higher than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of isolation prevention,disinfection,infection monitoring,aseptic operation and aseptic operation in the investigation group were higher than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hospital infection management quality control team can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and improve the quality of infection management.
