摘　　要：目的探究强化质量控制与管理在检验科工作人员管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年3月在东明疾病预防控制中心检验科任职的9名工作人员为研究对象,2021年2月—2022年2月对检验科工作人员实施常规管理(纳入常规组),2022年3月—2023年3月开展强化质量控制与管理(纳入观察组),对比不同管理模式下检验科工作人员工作质量、检验技能及差错发生率。结果观察组工作质量评分中洗手、基础质量、环境管理、工作台消毒均较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组检验技能评分较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组检验设备问题导致差错率0.66%(3/457)、检验人员导致差错率0.44%(2/457)较常规组的2.61%(11/421)和3.09%(13/421)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.345、9.166,P均<0.05)。结论强化质量控制与管理应用于检验科工作人员管理中,可提高工作质量及检验技能,差错发生风险降低。Objective To explore the value of intensive quality control and management in the management of laboratory staff.Methods Nine staff members serving in the Laboratory Department of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Dongming Conutry from February 2021 to March 2023 were included as the study subjects,and routine management was implemented for the laboratory staff during February 2021 to February 2022(included in the routine group),and intensive quality control and management was carried out from March 2022 to March 2023(included in the observation group).The quality of work,testing skills and error rates of laboratory staff under different management modes were compared.Results The work quality scores of the hand washing,basic quality,environmental management,and workbench sterilisation were higher in the observation group than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the scores of testing skills were higher in the observation team,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the error rate caused by testing equipment problems 0.66%(3/457)and the error rate caused by testing personnel 0.44%(2/457)were lower than 3.09%(11/421)and 3.44%(13/421)in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.345,9.166,both P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive quality control and management applied to the management of laboratory staff can improve the quality of work and testing skills,reduced risk of errors.
