探讨规范化护理管理在减少医院感染风险中的实践应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化护理管理在减少医院感染风险中的实际应用效果。方法选取山东省青岛市第六人民医院的120名护理人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月设为传统组,实施传统护理管理,2023年7月—2024年1月设为探究组,实施规范化护理管理。对比两组医院感染发生情况、工作质量评分和护理人员对管理的满意度。结果探究组共发生7例医院感染,少于传统组的15例。探究组的工作质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组护理人员对管理的满意度为98.33%(118/120),高于传统组的88.33%(106/120),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.643,P<0.05)。结论规范化护理管理有助于减少医院感染发生情况,提高护理人员的工作质量和对管理的满意度。Objective To explore the practical application effect of standardized nursing management in reducing the risk of hospital infection.Methods 120 nursing staff from the Sixth People's Hospital of Qingdao,Shandong Province were selected as the research subjects.From January to June 2023,it will be designated as the traditional group to implement traditional nursing management.From July 2023 to January 2024,it will be designated as the exploration group to implement standardized nursing management.Compare the incidence of hospital infections,work quality scores,and nursing staff satisfaction with management between two groups of hospitals.Results There were 7 cases of hospital infections in the exploration group,which was less than 15 cases in the traditional group.The work quality scores of the exploration group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the exploration group's nursing staff with management was 98.33%(118/120),which was higher than 88.33%(106/120)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.643,P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing management can help reduce the occurrence of hospital infections,improve the quality of nursing staff's work and satisfaction with management.
