护理风险管理在呼吸内科病房中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析在呼吸内科病房管理中应用护理风险管理的有效性。方法选取2023年1—12月滕州市北辛社区卫生服务中心的28名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年1—6月施行常规管理,2023年7—12月施行护理风险管理,分别记为管理前、管理后。对比管理前、后的护理质量、护理风险管理事件出现情况、护理人员满意度。结果管理后护理人员风险识别能力、风险防范能力、沟通交流能力、服务意识评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理前共出现2例护患纠纷、2例给药错误;管理后未出现护理风险管理事件。管理后护理人员满意度为100.00%(28/28),高于管理前的82.14%(23/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.490,P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科病房管理中应用护理风险管理可以提高科室护理人员的护理质量,降低护理风险发生率,提高科室管理的满意度。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nursing risk management in respiratory ward management.Methods A total of twenty-eight nursing staff in Tengzhou Beixin Community Health Service Center from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Routine management was carried out from January to June 2023,and nursing risk management was carried out from July to December 2023,which were recorded as pre-managment and post-management,respectively.The nursing quality,the occurrence of nursing risk management events and the satisfaction of nursing staff were compared before and after management.Results The scores of risk identification ability,risk prevention ability,communication ability and service awareness of nursing staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were two cases of nurse-patient disputes and two cases of drug administration errors before management.There were no nursing risk management events after management.The satisfaction of nursing staff after management was 100.00%(28/28),which was higher than 82.14%(23/28)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.490,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in respiratory ward management can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of nursing risk and improve the satisfaction of management.
