妇科护理管理中护士分层级管理的开展效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护士分层级管理应用于妇科护理管理中的效果。方法选取青岛市市北区水清沟街道社区卫生服务中心17名在职妇科护士为研究对象,于2023年7月施行护士分层级管理,2023年1—6月施行常规管理(对照组),2023年7—12月施行护士分层级管理(观察组),分析两组的护理管理质量、护理差错情况、护士满意度评分。结果观察组基础护理、病房管理、病历书写、健康教育和护理操作评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组未出现护理差错事件,对照组出现1例用药用药差错、3例护理记录缺陷、1例药敏试验漏做。观察组护士满意度评分为(95.61±2.15)分,高于对照组的(90.25±1.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.319,P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理应用在妇科护理管理中的效果突出,可以提高护理质量和管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nurses'hierarchical management applied to gynecological nursing management.Methods A total of seventeen gynecological nurses in the Community Health Service Center of Shuiqinggou Street in Shibei District of Qingdao were selected as the study subjects.Hierarchical management of nurses was implemented in July 2023,routine management was implemented from January to June 2023(control group),and hierarchical management was implemented from July to December 2023(observation group).The quality of nursing management,nursing errors and nurses'satisfaction scores were analyzed.Results The scores of basic nursing,ward management,medical record writing,health education and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no nursing errors in the observation group,and one medication error,three nursing record defects,and one drug sensitivity test missed in the control group.The satisfaction score of nurses in observation group was 95.61±2.15,was higher than 90.25±1.56 in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.319,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurses'hierarchical management in gynecological nursing management has a prominent effect,which can improve nursing quality and management satisfaction.
