摘　　要：目的分析病案信息技术的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月贵州省遵义市播州区人民医院病案信息科20名病案管理人员为研究对象,病案管理工作于2023年开始引入病案信息技术,随机抽取2022年全年100份病案作为对照组,并随机抽取2023年全年100份病案作为观察组,比较管理人员的工作状况绩效考核结果、病案管理质量评分、病案管理不良事件的差异。结果观察组工作状况绩效考核优良率为95.0%(19/20),对照组为80.0%(16/20),观察组优于对照组;观察组病案管理质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组未发生病案管理不良事件,对照组出现10起病案管理不良事件。结论病案信息技术的应用效果好,能够提升病案管理工作效率、管理质量。Objective To analyze the application value of medical record information technology.Methods Twenty medical record managers from the Medical Record Information Department of Bozhou District People's Hospital of Zunyi City,Guizhou Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and medical record information technology was introduced into medical record management in 2023,One hundred medical records in 2022 were randomly selected as control group,and one hundred medical records in 2023 were randomly selected as observation group,The differences of performance assessment results,quality scores of medical records management and adverse events of medical records management were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of performance assessment in the observation group was 95.0%(19/20),control group was 80.0%(16/20),observation group better than control group.The quality of medical record management in the observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no adverse events in the observation group and 10 adverse events in the control group.Conclusion The application effect of medical record information technology is good,it can improve the efficiency and quality of medical record management.
