卢雨蓓主任基于“一气周流”理论辨治慢性胃炎的经验

摘　　要：黄元御所创“一气周流”理论,可概括为:谓一气者,以中焦为轴,此一气即中焦土气,以中土之气为关键,调畅全身气机;名周流者,以四象为轮,此四象即中气升降所化,为木、火、金、水矣,四象以一气为基,轴运轮转,轴停轮息。卢雨蓓主任基于“一气周流”理论,并结合慢性胃炎(CG)的临床表现,总结出“虚-滞-瘀交结致病”为CG发生发展的关键病机,治疗当以调节中气升降为核心,兼顾肝、肾两脏气机,强调“建中轴、助纳运;除湿寒、通郁滞;破瘀邪、复胃络”的思想,旨在改善CG患者的不适症状,为临床治疗CG提供新的参考。The“One Qi Circulation”theory,created by Huang Yuanyu,can be summarized as follows:The term“One Qi”refers to the central axis being the middle energizer.This“One Qi”is essentially the Qi of the spleen and stomach,which is crucial for regulating the body's overall Qi mechanism.The term“Circulation”implies the rotation of the Four Images(Wood,Fire,Metal,Water)around the central axis,which are derived from the rising and falling Qi of the middle energizer.The Four Images are based on the One Qi,with the central axis driving the wheel.When the axis stops,the wheel ceases to turn.Based on this theory,Director Lu Yubei has combined it with the clinical manifestations of chronic gastritis(CG)and summarized that“deficiency,stagnation,and blood stasis”are the key pathogenesis in the development of CG.Treatment should focus on regulating the ascending and descending of middle energizer Qi,while also considering the Qi mechanisms of the liver and kidneys.Emphasis is placed on“building the central axis,aiding digestion;removing dampness and cold,relieving stagnation;eliminating blood stasis,and restoring stomach collaterals”to improve the symptoms of CG patients.This approach provides a new reference for the clinical treatment of CG.
