摘　　要：介绍武权生教授运用温阳化浊法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临证经验。总结“寒气生浊”与PCOS相关性及“寒气生浊”是PCOS发生发展关键病机;治疗上提出温阳化浊的治疗原则,强调“脾阳不温,浊湿不化”“肾阳虚寒,浊瘀不除”,突出“温脏扶阳以祛寒、化浊消阴以复清”的治法。文章从“寒气生浊”理论出发,探讨PCOS辨治,以期为临床治疗PCOS提供新的思路和方法。This paper introduces Professor Wu Quansheng's clinical experience in treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)using the method of warming Yang to resolve turbidity.Professor Wu has summarized that there is correlation between“cold qi generating turbidity”and PCOS,highlighting that“cold qi generating turbidity”is a key pathological mechanism in the onset and development of PCOS.He has proposed the treatment principle of warming Yang to resolve turbidity,emphasizing the principles of“Damp turbidity cannot be resolved if spleen Yang is not warm”and“Turbid stasis cannot be eliminated if kidney Yang is in deficiency cold.”The approach stresses the treatment method of“warming the viscus and supporting Yang to dispel cold,and transforming turbidity and eliminating yin to restore clarity.”This article explores the differentiation and treatment of PCOS from the perspective of the“cold qi generating turbidity”theory,aiming to provide new insights and methods for the clinical treatment of PCOS.
