摘 要:针对超大型单级单吸立式离心水泵装配过程中因二维设计导致的偏心度高问题,文章以蜀山泵站工程中的水泵机组为研究对象,提出基于BIM技术的超大型单级单吸立式离心水泵组装工程施工技术。通过将水泵结构划分为多个模块并建立三维仿真模型,精确描述复杂构件位置,预先对关键部件进行预装配加工。现场利用吊车和地坦克运输材料,按序组装,并基于运行数据微调。施工结果表明,在设计水流量25m^(3)/s、转速7000r/min条件下,水泵扬程达221.5m,满足泵站运行要求。本研究为超大型水泵的高效组装提供了新方法,确保了工程质量和效率。In response to the problem of high eccentricity caused by two-dimensional design during the assembly process of ultra-large single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps,a construction technology based on BIM technology is proposed for the assembly of ultra-large single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps,taking the pump units in the Shushan Pump Station Project as the research object.By dividing the pump structure into multiple modules and establishing a three-dimensional simulation model,accurately describing the position of complex components,key components are pre-assembled and processed in advance.On-site,materials are transported using cranes and ground tanks,assembled in sequence,and fine-tuned based on operational data.The construction results indicate that under the designed water flow rate of 25m^(3)/s and a rotational speed of 7000r/min,the pump head reaches 221.5 meters,meeting the pump station’s operational requirements.This study provides a new method for the efficient assembly of ultra-large pumps,ensuring engineering quality and efficiency.
