摘　　要：针对截渗墙抗渗性能不佳、施工周期较长、稳定性较低等问题,对厚软基圩堤单轴搅拌桩截渗墙施工技术进行了研究。加固厚软基圩堤单轴搅拌桩基岩面,将水泥与强透水层的粗砂结合成凝结体,与基岩面通过重力作用胶结,形成具有阻水与截渗作用的基岩面,避免厚软基对截渗墙施工的影响。核算单轴搅拌桩截渗墙厚度,采用允许水力梯度法选择截渗墙厚度,并分析截渗墙厚度影响因素,避免施工轴向偏移的问题。搭接厚软基水泥单轴搅拌桩,利用深层搅拌截渗桩机,将水泥浆喷入厚软基深处,形成多个水泥搅拌桩,连续搭接形成截渗墙。通过实例分析,验证了该技术的施工质量更高,能够应用于实际工程中。To address issues such as poor impermeability,long construction periods,and low stability of cutoff walls,research is conducted on the construction technology of cutoff walls using single-axis mixing piles in embankments on thick soft foundations.The approach involves reinforcing the bedrock surface of thick soft foundations with single-axis mixing piles,where cement is combined with coarse sand from the highly permeable layer to form a solidified body.This body is bonded to the bedrock surface through gravity,creating a bedrock surface that functions as a water barrier and cutoff wall,thus mitigating the impact of thick soft foundations on the construction of cutoff walls.The thickness of the single-axis mixing pile cutoff wall is calculated using the allowable hydraulic gradient method,and factors affecting the thickness of the cutoff wall are analyzed to avoid axial deviations during construction.The method also includes overlapping cement single-axis mixing piles in thick soft foundations.By using a deep mixing cutoff pile machine,cement slurry is injected into the deep layers of the soft foundation,forming multiple cement mixing piles that continuously overlap to create the cutoff wall.Through case analysis,it has been verified that this technology results in higher construction quality and can be applied in practical engineering projects.
