摘  要:某新建铅锌矿山依据矿山基本情况,采用全尾砂膏体充填方式。对全尾砂膏体充填骨料进行具体分析,通过试验对全尾砂充填骨料的物理化学性质、粒级组成、浓缩沉降、料浆输送性能以及强度配比进行判定和选择,并根据试验结果,分析了该矿膏体充填站的工艺选择过程,以及浓密机、搅拌设备、膏体输送泵和水泥仓等主要设备的选型过程。A newly built lead-zinc mine adopts a unclassified tailings paste filling method based on the basic conditions of the mine.A specific analysis is conducted on the unclassified tailings paste filling aggregate.The physical and chemical properties,particle size composition,thickening and settling,slurry conveying performance,and strength ratio of the unclassified tailings paste filling aggregate are determined and selected through experiments.Based on the test results,the paper analyzes the process selection of the paste filling station in the mine,as well as main equipment selection,such as thickener,mixing equipment,paste conveying pump and cement bin.
