摘  要:以国内某金矿分级尾砂充填站为研究对象,深入分析了分级尾砂的物化性质、粒度分布,并进行了分级尾砂的静动态浓密及配比强度试验。基于试验结果,综合考虑各方面因素,选择了适宜的充填工艺。以分级尾砂、胶结材料和水为原料,制备充填料浆。通过计算采空区需求充填量,确定了无动力深锥浓密机及胶结充填料的需求数量,并据此设定了无动力深锥浓密机的直径。对比一段搅拌和二段搅拌方案后,选择了更经济实用的一段搅拌方式。在充填工艺的综合考虑中,强调了方案的经济性、可行性和充填骨料等因素的重要性,为分级尾砂充填提供了借鉴。Taking a classified tailings filling station in a domestic gold mine as the research object,the physical and chemical properties and particle size distribution of the classified tailings were analyzed in depth,and static and dynamic thickening and proportioning strength tests of the classified tailings were conducted.Based on the test results,the appropriate filling process was selected by considering all the factors.The filling slurry was prepared using unclassified tailings,cementitious materials,and water as raw materials.By calculating the filling quantities required in the mined-out area,the required quantities of non-powered deep cone thickeners and cemented filling materials were determined,and the diameter of the non-powered deep cone thickener was set accordingly.By comparing the one-stage mixing and two-stage mixing schemes,the more economical one-stage mixing method was selected for the project.In the comprehensive consideration of the filling process,the importance of factors such as the cost-effectiveness,feasibility,and filling aggregate were emphasized in the scheme,providing useful reference for classified tailings filling.
