摘 要:电解镍生产过程中,镍始极片的悬垂度会影响电解镍产品的质量。对镍始极片制作过程中导致悬垂度差的原因进行分析,提出“对辊矫直+辊压压纹”的矫平方案,通过先粗矫,再精矫,最后辊压压纹的过程,从消除内应力、增加板身刚性、克服板身回弹等方面改善板身平整度。试验结果表明,经过矫平及压纹的镍始极片,外观有了明显改善,且镍始极片越厚,矫平效果越好;适当的纵向压纹有利于克服始极片的纵向卷曲。由此,可以确认该矫平方案的可行性。During the production of electrolytic nickel,the sagging degree of the nickel starting sheet will affect the quality of the electrolytic nickel product.The paper analyzes the cause of poor sagging degree in the production of nickel starting sheet,puts forward a leveling scheme of"straightening and pressing by rollers",which improves the flatness of the plate by eliminating internal stress,increasing the rigidity of the plate and overcoming the rebound of the plate through the process of rough straightening,then fine straightening and finally roll pressing.The test results show that the nickel starting sheet after leveling and roll pressing has significantly improved in appearance,and the thicker the nickel starting sheet is,the better the leveling effect is.Appropriate longitudinal pressing is beneficial for overcoming the longitudinal curling of the starting sheet.Therefore,the feasibility of the leveling scheme can be confirmed.
