摘 要:以刚果(金)某铜钴矿氧化矿工程为例,阐述了该项目二期氧化矿工程的总体布置方案,包括厂址选择、平面及竖向布置、道路运输等方面的设计特点。该项目总图设计本着因地制宜的原则,利用地形高差优化工艺流程、减少运输成本、优化场地排水能力,做到了功能分区紧凑合理、竖向布置连贯清晰、道路运输顺畅高效。分析了内外部运输的具体情况和特点,特别是矿石和废石的运输距离和运输量,对道路结构和改扩建需求进行了说明。分析认为,大型有色矿山总体设计应结合当地政策和业主需求进行厂址选择;对工业场地进行科学合理的一次规划、分期建设。Taking a copper-cobalt and oxidized mine project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC)as an example,the overall layout plan of the second phase oxide project was expounded,including site selection,layout and vertical design,road transportation and other aspects.The general layout design of the project is based on the principle of adapting measures to local conditions,using the terrain height difference to optimize the process,reducing transportation costs,and optimizing the drainage capacity of the site,so as to achieve compact and reasonable functional partitions,coherent and clear vertical design,smooth and efficient road transportation.The specific situation and characteristics of internal and external transportation were analyzed,especially the transportation distance and transportation volume of ore and waste rock.The road structure and reconstruction and expansion were explained.According to the analysis,the overall design of large-scale non-ferrous mines should be based on local policies and the needs of clients for site selection.Scientific and reasonable one-time planning and phased construction of industrial sites shall be carried out.
