琥珀酸亚铁缓释片联合维生素C治疗缺铁性贫血患者的疗效及对Hb、RBC水平的影响

摘　　要：目的对缺铁性贫血(iron deficiency anemia,IDA)的患者采取琥珀酸亚铁缓释片+维生素C片治疗的临床疗效进行探究。方法随机选取2023年3月—2024年3月北京市密云区医院收治的80例IDA患者为研究对象,根据不同用药方案分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行琥珀酸亚铁缓释片治疗,观察组加用维生素C片,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、实验室指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率97.50%(39/40)较对照组77.50%(31/40)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);观察组治疗后血常规指标、铁代谢指标以及免疫功能指标改善程度较对照组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组患者的不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IDA患者常规应用琥珀酸亚铁缓释片的同时联用维生素C,可以进一步提高临床治疗有效率,加快提升血红蛋白、红细胞等指标水平,减少不良反应发生。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ferrous succinate sustained-release tablets+vitamin C tab⁃lets in the treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods A total of 80 patients with IDA admitted to Beijing Miyun District Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different medication regimens,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous succinate sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was added with vitamin C tablets.The clinical treatment effect,laboratory indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);after treatment,the improvement of blood routine indexes,iron metabolism indexes and immune function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05),there wer no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The routine application of ferrous succinate sustained-release tablets combined with vitamin C in IDA patients can further improve the effective rate of clinical treatment,accelerate the improvement of hemoglobin,red blood cell and other indicators,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
